Diet is the single-leading predictor of disease and death in the modern world and there is overwhelming evidence that lifelong exercise is associated with a longer health span, delaying the onset of 40 chronic conditions/diseases.

Lifestyle factors like spending time outside in nature plays a powerful role in health and well-being. 

​

There is abundant information out there to digest and an ever-growing number of tools and strategies to help keep us on track and live our best lives. It is more fun than ever to live a healthy lifestyle!

 

Once established, healthy habits feel so good that doing the right things become easier than following less healthy practices.
