120 Minutes a week will improve your health and wellbeing

Studies have shown that exposure to nature improves cognitive function, brain activity, blood pressure, mental health, physical activity, and sleep.
Now there's more to consider.
To get the most benefit: spend 120 minutes a week or more of time outside.
A 2019 article compared the amount of time spent outdoors in nature with the reported results on health and well-being. The results showed that individuals who spent between 1 and 119 mins in nature in the last week were no more likely to report good health or high well-being than those who reported 0 mins.
However, individuals who reported spending ≥120 mins in nature last week had consistently higher levels of both health and well-being than those who reported no exposure.
