Breakfast of Champions

Oats for heart health and chia seeds, walnuts, hemp seeds and ground flaxseeds for staying power to get through the most demanding mornings with focus and energy.

Plus powerful omega-3 anti-inflammatory benefits and heart healthy fiber.

Recipe:

1/2 cup Oats, Rolled or instant

1 cup water


Mix in bowl and cook in microwave for 2 minutes (1 minute for instant oats)

Top with Chia, flax, hemp and adorn with walnuts and berries.


Optional: drizzle of maple syrup, non-dairy milk


Serve and enjoy!
